The Lufkin Lady Panthers used an all-out team performance to roll to an 8-3 win over the College Park Lady Cavaliers on the road Tuesday night.
Four Lady Panthers had multiple hits, Smiley Radke was stellar in the pitching circle and Lufkin made the key plays in the field in picking up a key district victory.
Radke got the win for Lufkin, striking out eight batters in five innings.
She was also one of four Lady Panthers to record multiple hits as she had two singles and an RBI.
Sara Mayes added a double, single, two RBI and two runs. Leah Akridge added two singles, a stolen base, an RBI and two runs. Lexy Ramirez added two singles, a stolen base, an RBI and a run.
In addition to those numbers, Ramirez struck out two batters in the final two innings.
Lufkin will play in its third straight road district game on Friday night when it travels to take on Conroe.
