Last year, the Hornets finished 7-4 while the Conroe tigers came up with a 3-7 season. The Panthers finished the season with a 6-4 record right under the Hornets. We’re ready to see how this team comes back this season after loosing 23 seniors at the end of the 2014-2015 season.
The Panthers better get use to the road because that is where they spend their first 4 weeks. Lufkin faces Huntsville, Longview, Tyler and Shreveport before coming home for an off week September 19, when the Panthers start preparing for their Home Opener and District opener against the Nacogdoches Dragons on September 25.
