Lady Pack volleyball stays winless in district action

After a 15-14 start to the regular season, the Lufkin Lady Panthers’ volleyball team continued to struggle in District 12-6A action as it fell to Montgomery at home on Tuesday night.
The Lady Panthers were overwhelmed in dropping a 25-9 decision in the first game before a 25-12 loss in the second one. Montgomery then closed out the match by outscoring Lufkin 25-10 in the final game.
Lufkin has dropped three straight matches to start district action.
The Lady Panthers will go after their first district win when they play at Oak Ridge on Friday night.
